Based around the globe with 10 offices in the UK, Poland, USA and Mexico, Mobica has expertise across a wide range of sectors, including Automotive, Semiconductor, Mobile, Fintech, TVB, Marine, aviation & defence, Medical and Space

Originally starting in the mobile industry in 2004, they have since expanded to cover a wide range of technology sectors including the development and maintenance of multimedia middleware, embedded software design and in-car infotainment.

The Challenge

Mobica Limited recognised there were constraints in their current management systems.  As such after an initial introduction via minority share holder Inflexion Private Equity, Core29 were engaged to review the IT and Business Systems of the organisation with the objective of establishing whether current systems would support the goal of reaching 3500 – 5000 engineers over a 5-year period or would measured change be required to drive efficiencies in turn realising this objective.

Delivery of a Progressive diligence report identifying opportunities to improve business efficiency through the adoption of enhanced foundation technology.  Through discovery sessions Core29 delivered a high level roadmap to achieving the new technology vision aligned to the identified business objectives
